These terms cover your use of OutlineArt (outlineart.online), a free tool made and run by Lauwrens Reyneke. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Section 01

Using OutlineArt

OutlineArt turns photos into printable paint-by-numbers patterns. It's free to use, with no account needed. You may use it for any lawful purpose, as long as you follow these terms.

Section 02

Your photos and patterns

  • Your photos stay on your device and are processed in your browser. I never receive them.
  • You keep all rights to your photos and to the patterns and PDFs you make from them. You can print, share, give away or sell what you make.
  • You're responsible for having the right to use the photos you choose. Only use photos you took yourself or have permission to use, and respect other people's privacy and copyright.

Section 03

Things you must not do

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
  • Try to disrupt, overload or break the site or the services it relies on, including by sending automated or spam messages through the contact form.
  • Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the OutlineArt software, design or branding, or try to reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this.

Section 04

Ownership

The OutlineArt name, logo, website, design and software belong to Lauwrens Reyneke, all rights reserved. Some open-source components are included under their own licences, listed in the third-party licences.

Section 05

Colours and mixing recipes

Colours on screen and in print vary between devices, printers, paper and paints. The colour key and mixing recipes are a helpful starting point, not an exact match, so compare with the swatch as you mix.

Section 06

No warranty

OutlineArt is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose. I may change, pause or stop the site, or any feature, at any time.

Section 07

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lauwrens Reyneke is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, materials or profit, arising from your use of OutlineArt or from patterns made with it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer protection laws where you live.

How the site handles information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Section 10

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. I'll change the date at the top when I do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
